Abstract: A composition comprises polyol-based fabric care materials, particularly esterified saccharides. The composition further comprises deposition agents, dispersing medium, and optional adjunct ingredients. The compositions of the present invention are used to treat fabrics to provide one or more of the following benefits: fabric softness, wrinkle reduction after drying, ease of ironing, in-wear shape retention, fabric elasticity, fabric tensile strength, fabric tear strength, and color protection. Various products containing the composition and methods for using the composition are also disclosed.

Abstract: Fabric care compositions comprise aminosilicone having an amino content ratio defined by a ratio of the amine containing units to the total number of units, wherein the amino content ratio is from about 1:11 to about 1:269, emulsifier, and fabric softening active. The aminosilicone materials in fabric care compositions can provide a number of benefits including improved fabric softness, wrinkle reduction after drying, ease of ironing, in-wear shape retention, fabric elasticity, fabric tensile strength, fabric tear strength, and/or color protection. A process of making an aminosilicone emulsion comprises the step of mixing an aminosilicone having an amino content ratio of from about 1:11 to about 1:269 with a cationic emulsifier. The invention further relates to a process of making the fabric care compositions.

Abstract: Systems and methods useful for treating a fabric article with a composition comprising polyol-based fabric care materials and a dispersing medium. The dispersing medium is a liquid at room temperature and has a flash point of greater than about 65° C. Specifically, the composition may be dispensed to treat fabric articles in an appliance during the fabric article drying process.

Abstract: A fabric article treating system, including the apparatus and the process, to provide improved fabric cleaning, fabric appearance and/or fabric care benefits. More particularly, the present system provides an effective delivery of detergent actives and rinse actives by depositing the actives directly upon a fabric article being treated. The detergent composition and fabric care composition suitable for use in such apparatus and process are also provided. The system is water-saving and energy efficient, compared to conventional immersive aqueous laundry system.

Said method comprises the step of amplifying from the serum of HCV patients the full-length HCV genome comprising the 98 nucleotides at the 3′ end of the genome; site-specific mutating the NS5A and NS5B of HCV genome; inserting a marker gene IRES-GFP expression cassette into the NS5B 3′ end in the mutated HCV genome; and transfecting the sensitive cells and culturing, to obtain the infectious HCV offspring virus.

Thus, detergent compositions which comprise ethoxylated/propoxylated polyalkyleneamine polymers, such as poly(ethyleneimine) with a degree of ethoxylation of 1.0, provide soil dispersing performance in the wash liquor and whitening and/or cleaning benefits to fabrics, hard-surfaces, or dishware.
