    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a frequency hopping indication method and apparatus. The method is applied to a terminal device, and comprises: receiving high-layer signaling sent by a network device, the high-layer signaling being configured with a first frequency hopping mode or candidate frequency hopping modes; and determining, on the basis of the high-layer signaling, a frequency hopping mode of an uplink channel corresponding to the terminal device. According to the frequency hopping indication method and apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, the first frequency hopping mode of the uplink channel is determined according to the high-layer signaling by configuring the newly added first frequency hopping mode in the high-layer signaling; and when frequency hopping modes are configured in the high-layer signaling, dynamic switching between frequency hopping modes is implemented.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device for determining cascading of UCI, a terminal and a network side device. The method includes: determining based on a first rule, by a terminal, a bit cascading order of multiple UCIs with different priorities that are to be jointly encoded on a first uplink channel, where the first rule includes: determining the bit cascading order of the multiple UCIs based on a priority order preferentially; or, determining the bit cascading order of the multiple UCIs based on UCI types preferentially, where a bit cascading order of multiple UCIs with a same UCI type is determined based on a priority order; and transmitting, by the terminal, on the first uplink channel, the multiple UCIs cascaded based on the bit cascading order.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing graphene oxide quantum dots in a large scale with cryptocrystalline graphite, comprising the following steps: mixing a certain amount of cryptocrystalline graphite powder, sodium nitrate, and sulfuric acid with ultrasonic treating; stirring the solution for 1-3 hours in ice-water bath; adding a certain amount of potassium permanganate, and mixing while stirring, then increasing temperature; adding deionized water, increasing the temperature and maintain for 1-3 hours, then diluting with water and adding a certain amount of hydrogen peroxide, stirring followed by standing and staying overnight; adding hydrochloric solution; adding water into the solution, implementing centrifugal clean till the pH value equals 7, and implementing centrifugally ultrasonic treatment, thereby obtain the graphene oxide quantum dot.
