    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a microchannel liquid-liquid mixing device, comprising a microchannel component and a shell, wherein the microchannel component is fixed inside the shell, wherein an inlet is provided at one end of the shell for feeding at least two reaction liquid phases, and an outlet is provided at the other end for discharging a mixed material; said microchannel component comprises multiple stacked sheets and oleophilic fiber filaments and hydrophilic fiber filaments filled in the crevices between adjacent sheets, wherein the fiber filaments form several microchannels between them, and the fiber filaments are clamped and fixed by the sheets. The microchannel liquid-liquid mixing device is used for at least two reaction liquid phases to form a mixed material, and the at least two reaction liquid phases are cut by fiber filaments and mixed in the microchannel mixing device to form a mixed material.

    Abstract: A process for producing propylene involves dehydration of isopropanol. The dehydration process includes a step of subjecting a starting material containing isopropanol to a dehydration reaction in the presence of a dehydration catalyst comprising alumina to produce a product containing propylene. The starting material has a water content of 0.1 to 10.0 wt % (relative to 100 wt % of the total mass of the starting material), and the product has a total content of C2 unsaturated impurities and C3-C4 unsaturated impurities of 80 ppm or less (relative to 100 wt % of the total mass of the product).

Disclosed are a catalyst and preparation method thereof, and method for preparing isobutylene by applying the same; the catalyst has a core-shell structure, the core an amorphous silica-alumina particle and/or an aggregate molding thereof, and the shell aluminum oxide comprising silicon and tin; the weight ratio of aluminum oxide comprising silicon and tin to amorphous silica-alumina is 1:60-1:3; in the aluminum oxide comprising silicon and tin, on basis of the weight of aluminum oxide comprising silicon and tin, the content of silicon is 0.5-2 wt %, and of tin is 0.2-1 wt %. The catalyst of the present invention is used to catalyze a mixture of MTBE and TBA to prepare isobutylene, enabling the MTBE cleavage and TBA dehydration reactions to be conducted simultaneously to generate isobutylene, achieving higher conversion rates of TBA and MTBE, and higher selectivity for generating isobutylene.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a catalyst for preparing isobutene by dissociation of methyl tert-butyl ether, the catalyst comprising amorphous silica alumina and a silicalite-1 molecular sieve, wherein the total IR acid amount of weak acids in the catalyst is in a range from 0.020 to 0.080 mmol/g, and the ratio of B acid/L acid of the weak acids is in a range from 2.5:1 to 4.0:1. Also provided is a method of preparing the catalyst and the use thereof. The catalyst has a high selectivity with respect to isobutene, and high conversion of methyl tert-butyl ether, and can also effectively inhibit formation of the by-product dimethyl ether.
