Abstract: An electronic apparatus includes a processing circuit configured to: determine a topological position of an IAB node in an IAB network at a subsequent moment, the topological position including a parent node and a donor node of the IAB node; sending a handover request to a donor node of the IAB node of the subsequent moment, so as to request that a handover of the IAB node to the parent node and the donor node of the subsequent moment is performed at the subsequent moment; and sending a handover notification to a donor node of the IAB node of a current moment, the notification comprising the topological position of the IAB node of the subsequent moment, such that the IAB node is connected, on a control plane, to both the donor node of the current moment and the donor node of the subsequent moment.

Abstract: An electronic device, a wireless communication method, and a computer readable storage medium are provided. The electronic device comprises a processing circuit configured to: determine whether uplink transmission of an IAB node satisfies a long-term congestion condition; when it is determined that the long-term congestion condition is satisfied, send an offloading request to an IAB donor node; and perform data offloading of an egress link of the uplink transmission of the IAB node according to offloading license information from the IAB donor node. According to at least one aspect of the embodiments of the present disclosure, when the uplink transmission of the IAB node satisfies the long-term congestion condition, the data offloading of the egress link of the uplink transmission of the IAB node can be performed, so as to improve the backhaul capability of the IAB node, thereby solving the long-term congestion problem of the IAB node.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electronic device, method and storage medium for sleep and wake-up of a base station. A method for a first base station is described, the method comprising: detecting a first indicator of the first base station; in response to the detected first indicator indicating that the workload of the first base station is lower than a first threshold, sending first information to a second base station, wherein the first information includes information for indicating that the first base station requests to sleep; and receiving second information for the first information from the second base station, wherein the second information indicates whether the first base station is allowed to sleep. In the method, the first base station may include an Integrated Access and Backhaul (IAB) base station, and the second base station may include an IAB donor base station.
