A connecting plate adapted to mount a tab of a battery is provided between the first and the fourth side plates and connected to the first and the fourth side plates, and the connecting plate is shorter than the second and the third side plates. The first, the second, the third, and the fourth side plates and the connecting plate are located at the same side of a support plate, and work with the support plate to define an accommodating cavity.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing an ibuprofen spherical crystal having high bulk density and a product thereof. The method includes: (1) heating ibuprofen until a molten liquid state is reached; and (2) pressurizing the molten liquid state of ibuprofen, dropping the molten liquid state of ibuprofen into a crystallizer filled with water through a liquid distributor for crystallization under stirring conditions until the molten liquid state of ibuprofen is completely dropped, lowering the rotation speed of stirring to allow crystal growing, and finally, subjecting a resulting crystal slurry to post-treatment to obtain the ibuprofen spherical crystal having high bulk density. The ibuprofen spherical crystal has a bulk density of 0.50-0.70 g/mL, a tap density of 0.63-0.89 g/mL, a median particle size of 300-1,000 ?m and an angle of repose of 22-29°.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a urea-formaldehyde slow-release nitrogen fertilizer includes steps of: mixing and heating urea and formaldehyde solution with a predetermined molar ratio of urea to formaldehyde; adjusting a PH value of hydroxymethylation reaction of urea and formaldehyde solution to 7.5-10.5; heating the hydroxymethylation reaction of urea and formaldehyde solution to the initial reaction temperature of 50° C.; adding a catalyst to start the hydroxymethylation reaction of urea and formaldehyde solution, and conducting hydroxymethylation reaction intermittently or continuously; heating cold urea-formaldehyde solution using the reaction heat of hydroxymethylation; adjusting the pH value of the methylenation reaction of urea and formaldehyde solution to 3.5-5.

Abstract: In one aspect, a multi-layered fertilizer includes a layer-by-layer coated fertilizer layer and a coating layer, wherein the fertilizer layer is separated from the coating layer, and one of the fertilizer layers is a fertilizer core; the fertilizer layer contains at least one of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer and potassium fertilizer, the coating layer is polyurea formaldehyde, which includes at least a polyurea formaldehyde having two to five carbon atoms. It can better control the release of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and zinc in the fertilizer to meet the different nutrient requirements of different crops at different growth stages. The fertilizer can be prepared by a reactor, a slurry tank, a powdering tank and supporting facilities, which can control the amount of each layer of fertilizer and its position in the entire fertilizer granules according to a design procedure.

Abstract: The invention involves a Zr/ZrO2 electrode that consists of a piece of Zr wire and a ZrO2 film formed over the surface of the part of the Zr wire for the use of measuring end in the probe section. An insulating layer and a sealing structure are put in place on the non-probe section and the non-conducting wire connection section of said electrode, while the Zr wire at the other end is applied for circuit connection. The invention also provides a type of integrated high-temperature/high-pressure chemical sensors, which includes one Zr/ZrO2 electrode and also 2 to 5 electrodes that can combine with the Zr/ZrO2 electrode to measure pH value, H2 value, H2S value and Eh value in high-temperature/high-pressure conditions, together constructing the integrated chemical sensors capable of measuring at least two kinds of parameters.
