Abstract: The present invention provides ketoreductase variants having activity on both (R)-(?)-1,3-butanediol and (S)-(+)-1,3-butanediol, and the computational methodology for designing the above mentioned ketoreductase variants. The ketoreductase variants disclosed in the present application can catalyze the reaction of synthesizing 4-hydroxy-2-butanone from racemic 1,3-butanediol, which has industrial application prospects.

Abstract: A container and method for taking out contained product. The container comprises a container body, a pressure transfer channel, a control valve, a liquid taking channel and an outflow channel, the control valve contains a moving part. The moving part is at different positions along with variation of pressure applied to a variable pressure part, and connection and disconnection of the channels which between the pressure transfer channel and the outflow channel and between the liquid taking channel and the pressure transfer channel are determined by three positions of the moving part. The container can quantitatively take out contained product, is simple in structure and avoid the product to be oxidized or polluted.

Abstract: A self-measuring container and method for removing content therein, the container comprising: a container body, a pressure changing part, a pressure transferring channel (4), a control valve (5) and an outflow channel (6); a plunger is provided in the pressure transferring channel; the control valve comprises a valve body provided with at least two tubes respectively connected to the container body and the outflow channel, and a valve core provided with an inner channel and at least one passage, the inner channel communicating with the pressure transferring channel and the passage; the valve core is connected to the plunger via a sliding component, thus allowing the plunger to drive the valve core to move in the valve body when the pressure generated by the pressure changing part changes.
