    Abstract: The present invention provides a device for testing an allergen antibody in a liquid sample, and the device includes a testing area and a water absorption area, where the testing area is used to contact with liquid, and the water absorption area is located downstream of the testing area and used to absorb the liquid from the testing area; a plurality of first receptors are immobilized onto the testing area, and each of the first receptors is capable to specifically bind to a plurality of different allergen antibodies in the liquid sample. Such a device can be used to once test the presence or absence or level of a plurality of allergen antibodies in the liquid sample, thereby achieving an efficient and convenient testing effect.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a computational method for designing artificial variants which have activity towards non-natural substrates. The present invention provides a special method to process stability evaluation results and creatively combines a process of calculating free energy barrier, which can improve the accuracy of the virtual screening of enzyme variants. The computational method disclosed by this invention greatly reduce the number of variants to be constructed and tested in the wet lab. In some cases, this method achieved the effect of enzyme engineering that cannot be achieved by traditional directed enzyme evolution methods.
