    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for detecting a natural frequency of a blade by a single blade tip timing sensor. In the method, two segments of displacement data vectors are subjected to dot product to obtain a product data vector after multiplication of corresponding serial numbers, the product data vector is subjected to low-frequency filtering, the filtered product vector is subjected to Hilbert transform to obtain an instantaneous phase, the instantaneous phase is subjected to discrete Fourier transform, an absolute value of a natural frequency difference between blades is extracted from amplitude frequency data, blades on a bladed disk are subjected to permutation and combination to obtain absolute values of the natural frequency differences between all the blades, a sum of the absolute values of the natural frequency differences between each blade and other blades is calculated.

When a main controller judges, according to feedback, that the operation enters an impact phase and torsion control is needed to reduce rotation speed, the main controller makes adjustment by driving the motor with a PWM signal with a lower duty cycle corresponding to a working position currently set by the user. The control method improves work efficiency, and meet the user's need of driving a fastener with a higher rotation speed at an early stage of operation.

The light source is activated to provide light when the power switch is in the on position. When the power switch is released to an off position and the light detector window is covered such that a dark condition is detected by the control circuit, the light source continues to provide illumination. When the power switch is released to the off position and the light detector window is exposed to light as detected by the control circuit, the light source is turned off. Therefore, the light source and the motor can be turned on or off by a common switch, without manually and separately turning off the light source.

    Abstract: A jig saw for more precise movement during cutting with a laser alignment system for projecting a marker onto a workpiece to align with a target line to be cut. The laser alignment system comprises a housing, a laser generator within the housing, an internal battery supplying the laser generator, a switch which is positioned within the housing and independent of the main switch to turn on and turn off the laser generator. By turning on the switch, the laser generator projects a laser beam onto the workpiece ahead of the blade in alignment with the plane of the blade. The operator only needs to align the projected laser line along a target line on the workpiece to attain the more precise cutting without concentrating his observation exactly ahead of the cutting blade.
