The second blades are connected with an outer rim of the first ring-shaped structure. The frame includes a base, an axle tube portion disposed on the base, and a receiving portion. The impeller is disposed on the axle tube portion. The receiving portion includes plural third blades disposed around the base corresponding to the central area. The first and third blades are matched to each other to be assembled for transforming a tangent velocity into a static pressure to increase the pressure generated by the central area.

When the rotating shaft rotates to drive the first metal disk to rotate, the first magnet pair disposed on the first metal disk magnetically interacts with the second metal disk, driving the second metal disk to rotate with respect to the first metal disk.

An inlet is formed on the top of the guiding ring, and an outlet is formed between the bottom of the guiding ring and the outer surface of the sidewall of the airflow guiding structure. When the impeller rotates, the airflow enters the fan from the inlet and flows along the outer surface of the sidewall of the airflow guiding structure, then the airflow exits the fan through the outlet.
