    Abstract: Provided is a co-injection molding structure, mainly including a co-injection molding device and a molding die. The co-injection molding device includes a valve needle displaceable in a cylinder block. The valve needle is provided with a channel a first valve and a second valve. The channel communicates with a first feed tube and a second feed tube. The cylinder block communicates with a mold cavity of a molding die and the channel. When the valve needle is in a first position, the second valve will close the second feed tube such that a first material is injected into the mold cavity. When the valve needle is in a second position, the first valve will close the first feed tube such that a second material is injected into the mold cavity and covered by the first material, thereby filling an end of the mold cavity.

A mold cavity and a hot runner are provided inside the base body. The inside of the hot runner is filled with a working fluid, and the temperature and circulation of the working fluid are maintained by the heating device. A cold gas runner is provided between the hot runner and the mold cavity, and a plurality of brackets are arranged inside the cold gas runner. The air control device is communicated with one end of the cold gas runner, and can inject medium and low temperature gas from one end of the cold gas runner such that the medium and low temperature gas exchanges temperature with the base body.

When the first mold base and the second mold base are in an aligned state, a mold cavity is jointly framed. Two gas passages, a first mold core and a second mold core are provided. The first mold base is provided with a runner. Two ends thereof are respectively connected to a material tube and a mold cavity of a molding machine. The first and second mold cores are made of porous material. Vent pipelines thereof are connected to the respective gas passages. The two controllers are respectively connected to the gas passages, and control the gas in and out such that the pressure in different areas in the mold cavity reaches a predetermined value, thereby controlling the flow direction of the raw material in the mold cavity.

    Abstract: A car-use camera comprises: a monitor shell having a monitor lens on the outside thereof and a charge-coupled device on the inside thereof; and a motherboard shell having a motherboard having peripheral circuits on the inside thereof, wherein a transmission line is located to electrically connect the motherboard and the charge-coupled device and an image output line is additionally mounted on the motherboard. The large-sized motherboard is separable from the monitor shell so only the monitor shell located on the outside of the car body is affected by the heat. As a result, the lifetime of the car-use camera can be extended. Besides, only the monitor shell may be taken away when the car-use camera suffers from thievery. Consequently, the risk of being taken away can be reduced.
