In certain embodiments, the system includes a fluid container and pulse valve, a heater, and a blower. Other embodiments include methods of regenerating a plugged DPF by directing a fluid at a first face of a DPF, redirecting the fluid at a second face of the DPF, and in some embodiment, heating the DPF.
