    Abstract: A packet processing method adapted to a software-defined network is provided. The packet processing method includes the following steps: receiving an upstream packet transmitted to a remote network from a user equipment; removing a tunnel header of the upstream packet, and transmitting the upstream packet to the remote network; receiving a downstream packet transmitted to the user equipment from the remote network; selecting one of a plurality of routing paths coupled to the user equipment to transmit the downstream packet; and adding a tunnel header corresponding to the selected routing path to the downstream packet, and transmitting the downstream packet to the user equipment through the selected routing path.

    Abstract: An offload determination system for multiple wireless network, a server and a method thereof are provided. The system includes a server, a first and a second wireless base station and a user equipment (UE). The first and the second wireless base station provides a first and a second wireless network respectively. The server has traffic tariff information corresponding to the UE. The server monitors and obtains quality of service (QoS) information of the first and the second wireless base station respectively, evaluates a data transfer efficiency information of the first and the second wireless base stations according to the traffic tariff information and the QoS information, and transmits the data transfer efficiency information to the UE. The UE selectively uses the first or second wireless network based on the data transmission efficiency information.

The multiple-interface network device includes a plurality of network interfaces. Each of the network interfaces connects to one of multiple communication networks. The selection method includes the following steps: collecting a transmission status of each of the communication networks; analyzing transmission characteristics of a predetermined number of packets of a service flow to determine a traffic pattern type of the service flow; comparing the transmission status of each of the communication networks with the transmission requirements of the traffic pattern type of the service flow to select one of the network interfaces, and using the selected network interface to transmit packets of the service flow. The service flow is constituted by packets transmitted by the network interfaces through a port and packets received by the network interfaces through the same port.
