    Abstract: The present invention provides an optically clear adhesive sheet that prevents delay bubble generation and has a large thickness, a high adhesive strength to an adherend, a high capability to conform to the adherend, and excellent weather resistance; a laminate including the optically clear adhesive sheet; and a bonded structure including the optically clear adhesive sheet. The optically clear adhesive sheet includes, in the following order: a first surface-adhesive layer; an intermediate polyurethane layer; and a second surface-adhesive layer, the intermediate polyurethane layer containing a hindered amine-based light stabilizer, the optically clear adhesive sheet having a loss tangent at 85° C. of 0.25 or more and 0.6 or less, the intermediate polyurethane layer having a thickness of 100 ?m or greater and 2000 ?m or smaller.
