The method includes: receiving an optical link establishment request sent by a computation node; determining whether the first optical link that needs to be established conflicts with the existing optical link; and if the first optical link that needs to be established conflicts with the existing optical link, determining whether to allow establishment of the first optical link, and establishing the first optical link if the establishment of the first optical link is allowed; or establishing the first optical link if the first optical link that needs to be established does not conflict with the existing optical link.

    Abstract: A signal transmission method includes receiving, by a controller, a request signal sent by a first transmitter. The method includes establishing, by the controller according to the request signal, a second optical path that connects the first transmitter to the second receiver in the optical switching network (OSN). The method includes sending, by the controller, to the second receiver according to the request signal, a reset signal used to instruct the second receiver to be reset to an initial state. The method includes sending, by the controller, an acknowledgement signal to the first transmitter. The acknowledgment signal is used to instruct the first transmitter to send, by using the second optical path, an optical signal to the second receiver.

    Abstract: A memory access method, apparatus, and system are disclosed. The method can be applied to a system including a local memory device and a remote memory device, where the local memory device comprises local memory and a remote cache. One method includes receiving a memory access request carrying address information of a to-be-accessed memory area. The to-be-accessed memory area indicated by the address information is determined. In response to determining that the to-be-accessed memory area is in the local memory, an access operation is performed on the to-be-accessed memory area according to the memory access request. In response to determining that the to-be-accessed memory area is in the remote memory device and that the remote cache includes a cache block corresponding to the to-be-accessed memory area, an access operation on the cache block according to the memory access request is performed.
