    Abstract: A heated blank sheet is held by a frame-like shaped blank holder device, the blank sheet including a plurality of main fibers arranged in parallel with each other, a plurality of auxiliary fibers arranged in parallel with each other so as to intersect with the main fibers, and a resin that consolidates the main fibers and the auxiliary fibers, and the blank sheet held by the blank holder device is pressed against a fan blade mold with the direction of the main fibers aligned with a longitudinal direction of the fan blade mold to apply an appropriate tension along the direction of the main fibers to the blank sheet, thereby preventing occurrence of wrinkling.
