Abstract: An agricultural film comprising a thermoplastic resin film containing an ethylene copolymer with a hindered amine in its side chain and having coated thereon an anti-fogging agent comprising an inorganic hydrophilic colloidal substance and a hydrophilic organic compound and an anti-fogging agricultural film comprising a thermoplastic resin film containing an ethylene copolymer with a hindered amine in its side chain and, if desired, further containing a hydrotalcite compound, with an anti-fogging agent coated on the inside surface thereof or incorporated therein. The agricultural films have excellent weather resistance, anti-fogging properties, heat-retaining properties, and transparency.

Abstract: A water-absorptive resin composition which comprises (A) 5 to 95% by weight of a water-absorptive resin and 95 to 5% by weight of (B) a polyolefin resin and (C) an ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber, based on the total contents of said components (A), (B) and (C), wherein the content of said component (C) amounts to 20 to 80% by weight based on the total contents of said components (B) and (C) is disclosed. This water-absorptive resin composition is moldable and has an excellent water absorption property and an excellent water-absorptive resin retention characteristic after absorbing water.

Abstract: A recording and reproducing apparatus for a disk-type recording medium including an erase head and a record head which are arranged with a certain rotational angular spacing. The apparatus includes a controller for generating a first signal to operate the erase head and a second signal to operate the record head, and a timing adjusting circuit for delaying either one of the first and second signals to compensate for an error of the angular spacing.

Abstract: An automatic equalizer comprises a transversal filter for receiving an input signal to be equalized and having adjustable tap gains, a circuit connected to receive an output signal of the transversal filter and the input signal to be equalized to produce an equalized output signal, a distortion detect circuit for detecting a distortion component included in the output signal, a tap gain correct circuit connected to receive a distortion detect signal from the distortion detect circuit to produce tap gain correct signals, and a tap gain hold circuit responsive to the tap gain correct signals to correct the tap gains of the transversal filter and hold the corrected tap gains.
