  • Publication number: 20250040280
Abstract: A plurality of microlenses arranged in a matrix in first and second directions orthogonal to each other; a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions, provided for each microlens of at least some of the plurality of microlenses, that perform photoelectric conversion on light that has entered the photoelectric conversion portions via the respective microlens; and a readout unit that sequentially reads out signals from the plurality of photoelectric conversion units with the first direction being a main scanning direction and the second direction being a sub-scanning direction are provided. The plurality of photoelectric conversion portions are arranged in at least one of the first and second directions, and an electric charge crosstalk rate between a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions arranged in the first direction is higher than an electric charge crosstalk rate between a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions arranged in the second direction.

  • Publication number: 20250039527
Abstract: A plurality of microlenses arranged in a matrix in first and second directions orthogonal to each other, and a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions provided for each microlens of at least some of the plurality of microlenses and configured to perform photoelectric conversion on light that has entered the photoelectric conversion portions via the each microlens are provided. The plurality of photoelectric conversion portions are arranged in at least one of the first and second directions for the plurality of photoelectric conversion portions, and in a case where influence of noise superimposed on signals read out from the plurality of photoelectric conversion units is greater in the second direction than in the first direction, the electric charge crosstalk rate between the plurality of photoelectric conversion units in the first direction is made higher than the electric charge crosstalk rate in the second direction.

  • Publication number: 20250040271
Abstract: An image sensor in which a length of a pixel portion in a first direction is longer than a length of the pixel portion in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The pixel portion includes: a plurality of microlenses arranged in a matrix in the first direction and the second direction, and a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions provided for each microlens of at least some of the plurality of microlenses and configured to perform photoelectric conversion on light that has entered the photoelectric conversion portions via the each microlens. The plurality of photoelectric conversion portions are arranged in at least one of the first and second directions, and an electric charge crosstalk rate between a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions arranged in the first direction is higher than that between a plurality of photoelectric conversion portions arranged in the second direction.

  • Publication number: 20240328499
Abstract: [Problem] In order to mount a pair of electric motor-equipped axle drive devices, each with an integrated inverter, on a work vehicle, it is necessary to have a compact configuration to avoid interference with other vehicle parts. [Solution] The electric motor-equipped axle drive device includes: an axle case that accommodates an input shaft that receives power from the electric motor, a single axle that is substantially parallel to the input shaft, and a gear mechanism that operatively connects the input shaft and the single axle, and the axle case having a section that supports the input shaft and a section that supports the single axle; a motor case of the electric motor that is provided on one side of the input shaft support section; and an inverter that controls the electric motor so as to be capable of supplying electric power, and which includes an inverter case that accommodates a circuit board of the inverter.

  • Publication number: 20240333110
Abstract: [Problem] To prevent an axle driving apparatus with an electric motor from interfering with other components in the thickness direction of the inverter case installed in the vehicle, while keeping the areas necessary for the circuit boards of the inverter. [Solution] An axle driving apparatus with an electric motor is used in a work vehicle that travels by driving right and left wheels with a common electric motor. An axle case for accommodating an input shaft, a gear mechanism, a first axle, and a second axle has an input shaft support. An inverter case is mounted on an end surface of the motor case that is fixed to the input shaft support. The inverter case has a base end mounted on the end surface of the motor case and a terminal end which is on the opposite side with respect to the base end. The terminal end protrudes radially outwardly from the outer circumferential surface of the motor case in a direction not facing the first and second axles.
