  • Publication number: 20220214685
Abstract: A remote operating device includes: a sensor that determines a distance between a movable robot and an object around the movable robot in a worksite; a viewpoint-designating unit that designates a viewpoint for a virtual three-dimensional image of the worksite; a virtual image-generating unit that generates the virtual three-dimensional image based on a determination result of the sensor and the viewpoint designated by the viewpoint-designating unit; a display that displays the virtual three-dimensional image; and an operation unit that generates operation signals for remote operating the movable robot.

  • Publication number: 20110279342
Abstract: A wideband antenna including a ground element, and an antenna body provided on the ground element with a predetermined distance. The antenna body includes a feed element and a dielectric substrate, wherein an annular passive element is provided on the top surface of the dielectric substrate with a predetermined gap from the feed element. A plural short-circuit pins are equally spaced on the outer periphery of the passive element, whereby the passive element and the ground element 17 are connected by the short-circuit pins. A slit is formed on the passive element in the vicinity of the short-circuit pins. Since the slit is formed on the passive element, a resonance circuit having a resonance frequency dependant on the shape of the slit is formed on the passive element in the vicinity of the slit, whereby the radiation of the frequency component from the feed element is prevented.

  • Patent number: 6537315
Abstract: An artificial heart has a driving section, a nozzle section, a pump section for insertion into a ventricle of a human heart, and a sealing section forming a seal for a driving shaft extending from the driving section for driving the pump section. A sealing liquid chamber filled with a sealing liquid is formed around the driving shaft between the sealing mechanism and the driving section. The sealing liquid in the sealing liquid chamber maintains the sealing mechanism in a liquid-tight state and lubricates the sealing mechanism, whereby blood is prevented from entering the driving section. Even if blood happens to enter the driving section, the blood is mixed with the sealing liquid and does not coagulate. Thus, the operation of the artificial heart is not suppressed.
