  • Patent number: 7712095
Abstract: A system for autonomous decentralized control in which a client terminal and a center server are connected, as a network through a WAN and/or LAN, to a remote control server connected to a monitored/-controlled target device through a control communication network. The system is characterized in that a virtual machine, which is described as the other self of the monitored/controlled target device having the same information as that possessed by the monitored/controlled target device, and which is a software object having communication protocols used for communication with the monitored/controlled target device and concealed in the software object, is moved in the system with transparency and/or is held in the client terminal, the center server, or the remote control server.

  • Patent number: 4930155
Abstract: A redialing system for use in an apparatus, such as a telephone unit, connected to a telephone network includes a telephone number memory for storing up to a predetermined number of telephone numbers each time when input and a character display unit for displaying desired information, including a telephone number. Each time when a recall button is depressed, another telephone number is read out from the memory and displayed at the character display unit in a predetermined order. When a redial button is depressed with a desired telephone number displayed at the character display unit, a call is automatically placed to a station of that desired telephone number.

  • Patent number: 4907255
Abstract: A time adjusting system includes a facsimile machine having a real time clock and a center station in charge of management of accurate time information. The facsimile machine places a call to the center station at a predetermined time and receives accurate time information therefrom to thereby adjust the time of its own real time clock.

  • Patent number: 4864606
Abstract: A communication terminal apparatus having a handset which includes a transmitter, a receiver and a hook switch. The handset is connected to the main body through a modular jack having four pins. The handset includes a bypass circuit for flowing a d.c. component therethrough by bypassing the transmitter or receiver and a capacitor, which is connected in parallel with the bypass circuit and in series with the transmitter or receiver, for cutting a d.c. component. Thus, the status information of the hook switch is applied to a signal line of the transmitter or receiver in a d.c. format superimposingly.

  • Patent number: 4811111
Abstract: A facsimile machine is provided with a memory which stores a plurality of destination station information indicating the identity of each of plurality of destination stations. When a one-touch key is depressed, the corresponding telephone number is automatically dialed to establish a communication path with the selected destination station. Then, the source station information indicating the identity of the source station which transmits image data and the destination station information which is supposed to receive the image data are transmitted from the source station to the destination station prior to transmission of the image data, so that the source and destination station information may be indicated at top of a hard copy produced at the destination station.

  • Patent number: 4607289
Abstract: A facsimile transceiver having a data storing and relaying function in which facsimile data transmitted thereto from a remote facsimile station is stored for a moment and then transmitted to a second remote facsimile station which is designated by the first remote station. The transceiver accepts a data relay request from the first remote station only when registered identification data which accepts a request for relaying data coincides with identification data which is included in a control signal transmitted to the intermediate transceiver from the first remote station.
