    Abstract: A test method of the present disclosure includes: applying a thermal grease on a support plate; placing a press plate such that the press plate faces the support plate with the thermal grease interposed between the press plate and the support plate; changing a distance between the support plate and the press plate; and observing a shape of the thermal grease after the distance between the support plate and the press plate is changed. The pumping-out performance is determined based on the shape of the thermal grease.

The plurality of fins is fixed in grooves of the base plate. The panel has a plurality of protrusions on side surfaces forming the opening. Each protrusion has a fifth surface a cross section of which has a shape that tapers down toward an end of the protrusion, the cross section being parallel to a plane extending in the Z direction and a direction in which the protrusion protrudes. The base plate has cover portions covering the fifth surfaces, and is plastically deformed to allow the panel to be fitted in the base plate to fill gaps.

    Abstract: The electromagnetic wave shielding wiring circuit forming method of the present invention comprises the steps of: preparing a fine copper particle dispersion, by dispersing fine copper particles into a disperse medium (S) including an organic solvent (A) having an amide-based compound, an organic solvent (B) having a boiling point of 20° C. or higher at an ordinary pressure and having a donor number of 17 or more, an organic solvent (C) having a boiling point exceeding 100° C. at an ordinary pressure and comprising alcohol and/or polyhydric alcohol, and an organic solvent (E) having an amine-based compound, at specific ratios; coating or printing the fine copper particle dispersion onto a substrate, to form a wiring pattern comprising a liquid film of the fine copper particle dispersion; and firing the liquid film of the fine copper particle dispersion, to form a sintered wiring layer.
