Patent number: 10288339Abstract: The present invention provides a geared motor in which a motor lead can be routed within a case to a position set apart from a motor, and a damper device. In the geared motor that is used in the damper device, the case is provided with a motor lead passage that extends in the Y-direction through a position flanked, in the Z-direction, by a side plate part of a case trunk part and the rotation axis of a driving gear that is included in a gear train. It is therefore possible, with the Z-direction positions of a plurality of motor leads being defined, to extend the motor leads in the Y-direction. The Z-direction dimension of the geared motor can then be reduced because the motor leads will then partially overlap the drive gear in the motor lead passage as viewed from the X-direction.Type: GrantFiled: April 25, 2015Date of Patent: May 14, 2019Assignee: NIDEC SANKYO CORPORATIONInventors: Shunji Saito, Takuji Fukada

Patent number: 10260793Abstract: A damper apparatus possible to suppress abnormal sounds immediately after the locking of gears has been released is provided. In a first lock mechanism of the damper apparatus, a first arcuate outer-peripheral part peripherally adjacent to a teeth-missing gear in a drive gear enters a portion of a plurality of teeth in which some teeth are narrowed in the axial direction to restrain a sector gear, the teeth being meshed with the drive gear in the sector gear. In the tooth nearest to the first arcuate outer-peripheral part in the teeth-missing gear, the curvature of a first tooth flank on the side opposite the first arcuate outer-peripheral part is less than the curvature of a second tooth flank on the first arcuate outer peripheral part side, and the tooth has a curved surface continuous from the first tooth flank to the second tooth flank.Type: GrantFiled: April 22, 2015Date of Patent: April 16, 2019Assignee: NIDEC SANKYO CORPORATIONInventors: Shunji Saito, Katsuhiko Hayashi
