  • Publication number: 20230259116
Abstract: A cause estimation device includes: an acquisition unit that acquires a measurement value of a target apparatus; a likelihood calculation unit that calculates, in a case where it is assumed that events occur due to a common cause, a likelihood of an occurrence of each of the events based on the measurement value; a table storage unit that stores a cause table in which a cause of occurrence of the event and a frequency of the cause of occurrence are associated with each other for each of the plurality of events; and an estimation unit that rewrites the frequency registered in the cause table into a frequency in the case where it is assumed that the plurality of events occur due to the common cause, and estimates the cause of occurrence based on the rewritten cause table and the likelihood.

  • Publication number: 20230229819
Abstract: Provided is an estimation device that estimates a response at a position of a floating structure where a sensor detecting a structural response is not installed. The estimation device acquires a strain response spectrum at an installation position at which a strain sensor is installed on a floating structure, the strain response spectrum being calculated based on the strain sensor, a wave spectrum, and strain response functions at the installation position and at a non-installation position of the strain sensor, calculates a correction amount based on a predetermined formula expressing a relationship among the strain response spectrum, the wave spectrum, and the strain response functions, and adds the correction amount to a theoretical value of the strain response spectrum calculated from the strain response function and the wave spectrum at the non-installation position of the strain sensor to calculate the strain response spectrum at the non-installation position.

  • Publication number: 20210398087
Abstract: A focus identification unit identifies, based on a mathematical model that simulates behavior of a plurality of subsystems constituting a target system, from among the plurality of subsystems, a focus subsystem that causes a large change in an assessment metric of the target system in response to a change in at least one of an operation condition and a maintenance condition. A plan generation unit generates at least one of an operation plan and a maintenance plan such that the assessment metric is optimized with respect to the focus subsystem.

  • Publication number: 20150171458
Abstract: The present invention provides a fuel cell module capable of properly supporting many cell stacks. A plurality of thin plate holes (21-1 to 21-n), through which a plurality of cell stacks (5-1 to 5-n) respectively penetrate, are formed in a tube plate (2) supporting the plurality of cell stacks (5-1 to 5-n). The tube plate (2) is formed of a plurality of thin plate portions (22-1 to 22-n) forming the plurality of thin plate holes (21-1 to 21-n) and a thick plate portion (23) disposed surrounding the plurality of thin plate portions (22-1 to 22-n) and having a larger plate thickness than the plurality of thin plate portions (22-1 to 22-n). Such a tube plate (2) is less likely to deform compared with other tube plates having a generally uniform plate thickness.
