  • Patent number: 11702300
Abstract: The transfer operation of moving the slider between one fixed linear module and the movable linear module while locating the movable linear module in the facing range facing toward the one fixed linear module, out of the plurality of linear modules arranged in parallel, is performed. At this time, a judgement process of judging whether or not the coordinate axis of the one fixed linear module and the coordinate axis of the movable linear module are continuous is performed. If it is judged that the coordinate axes are not continuous, the transfer operation is performed while the speed control is executed for the slider. Thus, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of a situation where the transfer operation of moving the slider between the movable linear modules cannot be performed due to the discontinuity of the coordinate axes respectively set for the movable linear modules.

  • Publication number: 20230142815
Abstract: The transfer operation C of moving the slider between one fixed linear module M2 and the movable linear module M5 while locating the movable linear module M5 in the facing range Fb2 facing toward the one fixed linear module M2, out of the plurality of linear modules M1 to M5 arranged in parallel, is performed. At this time, a judgement process (Step S105) of judging whether or not the coordinate axis A2 (one coordinate axis) of the one fixed linear module M2 and the coordinate axis A5 (other coordinate axis) of the movable linear module M5 are continuous is performed (Step S105). If it is judged in the judgment process before the transfer operation C that the coordinate axes A2, A5 are not continuous, the transfer operation C is performed (Step S107) while the speed control (not the position control) is executed for the slider 4.

  • Patent number: 11626824
Abstract: The identifier for identifying the slider is given to this slider. In contrast, the control signal transmitted to the plurality of linear drivers indicates the position command value and the speed command value for the slider and the identifier of this slider in association with each other. The linear driver reads the identifier for identifying the slider from this slider overlapping the assigned region thereof and supplies the current corresponding to the position command value and the speed command value associated with this identifier by the control signal to the linear motor stators. In this way, it is possible to cause the linear driver corresponding to the assigned region, in which the slider is present, to precisely drive the slider.

  • Publication number: 20230040955
Abstract: A transfer apparatus includes a first linear transfer part which moves a slider in a first direction by using a first fixed linear module fixed on a first base; a module moving part which moves a module holding member holding a movable linear module in a second direction different from the first direction, to position the movable linear module at a first coupling position to couple with the first fixed linear module and cause the slider to transfer between the movable and first fixed linear modules; a linear scale having a scale extending in the second direction and a sensor which detects the scale; and a controller which acquires first module position information indicating a position of the movable linear module relative to the first fixed linear module in the second direction and controls movement of the module holding member based on the first module position information.

  • Patent number: 11495064
Abstract: The disclosure includes embodiments for providing value-based sensor data suppression in a cooperative perception message transmission by an ego vehicle. A method includes ascertaining, by a processor of the ego vehicle, a mounting height of a first sensor of the ego vehicle. The method includes calculating a value of sensor data recorded by the first sensor based on the mounting height. The method includes determining a satisfaction state of a threshold based on the value. The method includes determining to transmit the cooperative perception message without the sensor data based on the satisfaction date of the threshold so that value-based sensor data suppression is achieved. The sensor data is suppressed because it is not included in a payload of the cooperative perception message. The suppression is value-based because the sensor data is suppressed responsive to the threshold for value not being satisfied.

At this time, it is judged whether or not the coordinate axis of the one fixed linear module and the coordinate axis of the movable linear module are continuous If it is judged before the transfer operation that the coordinate axes are not continuous, the transfer operation is performed after the coordinate axes are made continuous in the direction by changing the coordinate axis.
