  • Publication number: 20240392314
Abstract: The present disclosure pertains to production of a virus vector plasmid in Bacillus subtilis. According to one aspect, the present disclosure provides a method for producing a virus vector plasmid having a sequence to be replicated in Bacillus subtilis. The method includes a step for forming a plasmid in a host cell by introducing, into the host cell, a nucleic acid that has a sequence to be replicated in Bacillus subtilis and that includes a nucleic acid sequence for producing a virus vector. In one embodiment, Bacillus subtilis could have the ability to form a plasmid from a nucleic acid acquired from outside, and therefore, in this method, the nucleic acid introduced does not have be a plasmid.

  • Publication number: 20240223988
Abstract: An acquisition section acquires a position and a rotation of a head portion of a user. A sound source data generation section generates sound source data on the basis of the position and the rotation acquired at a first time while a predetermined position is set as an origin of a three-dimensional coordinate system of a virtual space. A correction processing section applies correction processing including at least any one of a translation and a rotation of the virtual sound source in the virtual space to the sound source data at the first time on the basis of differences of the position and the rotation at the first time from the updated position and rotation at a second time after the first time. A sound generation section generates a sound to be rendered through use of the sound source data to which the correction processing has been applied.
