  • Publication number: 20250041808
Abstract: The present invention provides a new separation functional layer suitable for separating an acid gas from a gas mixture containing the acid gas. A separation functional layer of the present invention includes polyimide. The polyimide includes a structural unit A1 derived from a tetracarboxylic dianhydride having a six-membered ring acid anhydride structure, and a structural unit B1 derived from diamine. At least one of the structural unit A1 and the structural unit B1 has at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, a hydroxyl group, a thiol group, and metal salts of these groups.

  • Publication number: 20250015648
Abstract: A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor configured to be rotatable around a rotation axis of the rotor, and a stator facing the rotor in a radial direction. The stator includes a stator iron core having a first core portion, a second core portion facing the first core portion in the radial direction, an elastically deformable member between the first core portion and the second core portion, and a tooth provided opposite to the second core portion with respect to the first core portion and extending radially from the first core portion. A winding is wound around the tooth of the stator iron core. The first core portion, the second core portion, the elastically deformable member, and the tooth are integrated together A mechanism reduces an axial displacement of the tooth during winding of the winding around the tooth.

  • Publication number: 20240305148
Abstract: A rotating electric machine includes a casing, a stator core and radial fixing portions. The stator core has a plurality of stacked electrical steel sheets and includes a cylindrical yoke, a plurality of teeth extending inward of the yoke, and crimping portions fixing adjacent sheets. The radial fixing portions are each arranged within an area of a first angle between two lines connecting an axial center of the stator core and adjacent two of the crimping portions in the circumferential direction and fix the casing and the stator core using a method of applying compressive stress to the stator core radially inward from an outside. The crimping portions are each formed in a rectangular shape having long sides extending along the radial direction of the stator core and short sides extending along the circumferential direction of the stator core when the stator core is viewed in an axial direction.

  • Publication number: 20240192655
Abstract: The present invention manages a plurality of sections constituting a program in a format that reflects information in a mutual inclusion relationship, e.g. “function and process of a device,” regardless of a logical relationship. In accordance with a user operation, a development assistance device (10) assigns, to each of a plurality of sections (SC) constituting a program (PG), a level number (HN) identifying the level to which each section belongs.

  • Publication number: 20230223799
Abstract: A motor includes a rotor and stator. The stator includes a stator iron core having a substantially annular yoke, and a plurality of teeth extending from the yoke toward the rotor. Each tooth includes an extending portion with a winding wire wound in a concentrated manner to form a coil, and flange portions extending circumferentially from a tip end portion of the extending portion. The plurality of teeth include adjacent first second teeth with coils having identical phases, and adjacent third and fourth teeth with coils having different phases. A first magnetic resistance circumferentially from a tip end portion of the first flange portion to a center of the extending portion of the first tooth is higher than a second magnetic resistance circumferentially from a tip end portion of the second flange portion to a center of the extending portion of the third tooth.

  • Publication number: 20220294289
Abstract: Techniques to reduce the d-axis inductance in a rotor are provided. According to one embodiment in the present disclosure, a rotor 20 includes permanent magnets 22 and 23 housed in magnet slots different from each other formed in an iron core 21, and arranged in series magnetically; and a flux barrier (cavity 24) provided to be close to an end in a direction orthogonal to a direction of a main magnetic flux, for each of the permanent magnets 22 and 23 arranged in series magnetically. Two instances of the flux barrier corresponding to the respective permanent magnets 22 and 23 arranged in series magnetically, communicate with each other. According to another embodiment in the present disclosure, a motor 1 includes the rotor 20 described above.
