    Abstract: A laser irradiation position measurement method is a method of measuring an irradiation position of laser welding light with respect to a welding target member including a first member and a second member extending in a direction intersecting the first member, and includes: step ST1 of projecting the laser welding light while wobbling the laser welding light on a target surface of the welding target member, and acquiring time-series data of a melting depth at an irradiation point of the laser welding light; step ST2 of performing frequency analysis on the time-series data acquired at step ST1 and acquiring spectral data; step ST3 of acquiring, from the spectral data acquired at step ST2, an intensity value at at least one peak as an input value; and step ST4 of calculating a central irradiation position of the laser welding light based on the input value acquired at step ST3.

    Abstract: The busbar holder mounting method includes an opening step, a positioning step, a mounting step, and a releasing step. The busbar holder holds the busbars arranged side by side in the X direction so as to be relatively movable in the X direction. In the opening step, a comb tooth jig is inserted between the tab leads to open the tips of the tab leads in the X direction. In the positioning step, the busbar holder is gripped by a predetermined holder gripper, and the holder gripper is engaged with the plurality of busbars, thereby positioning the busbars in the X direction relative to the holder gripper and the busbar holder. In the mounting step, the busbar holder is mounted to the cell stack. In the releasing step, the positioning of the busbars in the X direction by the holder gripper is released.

    Abstract: The busbar clamping apparatus includes a base member, a moving device, a first actuation part, a second actuation part, a drive device, and a control device. The first actuation part is mounted to the base member and arranged closer to the X+ side than the busbars that should be clamped. The second actuation part is mounted so as to be movable in the X direction relative to the base member and arranged closer to the X? side than the busbars that should be clamped. The control device causes the moving device to move the base member toward the X? side to move the first actuation part toward the X? side, and then causes the drive device to move the second actuation part toward the X+ side. This allows the first actuation part and the second actuation part to clamp the busbars in the X direction.

    Abstract: The busbar clamping apparatus includes a plurality of actuation pairs arranged side by side in the X direction, each of the actuation pairs including a first actuation part and a second actuation part. By changing the pitch between the first actuation part and the second actuation part from a predetermined pre-clamping pitch to a smaller clamping pitch, each actuation pair thereby clamps the busbars in the X direction. The busbar clamping apparatus further includes a pitch modification device. The pitch modification device modifies the pre-clamping pitch of a predetermined actuation pair among the plurality of actuation pairs.
