    Abstract: A split screen includes first, second and third split regions, lined up sequentially. The screen generating unit enlarges a size of the first split region and reduces a size of the third split region in response to a drag operation, in the direction of the second split region and the third split region, on a first operable region that is located on a boundary line between the first split region and the second split region. The screen generating unit also enlarges a size of the first split region and reduces a size of the second split region in response to a drag operation, in the direction of the second split region and the third split region, on a second operable region that is different from the first operable region and that is located on the boundary line between the first split region and the second split region.
