  • Patent number: 8528304
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and device for producing a content filling bottle including a bottom part that is inverted between a concave shape and a convex shape to prevent a body part from being subjected to reduced pressure deformation, the method and device being capable of efficiently producing a sanitary and high-quality content filling bottle. Contents are filled into an empty bottle 1 with an inversion part 11 projecting outwardly from the body part. A cap 6 is fitted onto an opening of the bottle 1 to seal the bottle 1. An auxiliary tool 27 is then installed on the bottom part 5 of the bottle 1. Then, the bottom part of the bottle 1 with the auxiliary tool 27 installed thereon is supported via the auxiliary tool 27. The downwardly projecting inversion part 11 is pressed up so as to be inverted and recessed inwardly into the bottle 1. Subsequently, with the opening of the bottle 1 gripped, the auxiliary tool 27 is separated from the bottle 1.

  • Publication number: 20090218003
Abstract: A method and device for manufacturing a content-filled bottle having an inversion part at its bottom. In producing the bottle, the inversion part is inverted to prevent deformation of a body part caused by a pressure reduction in the bottle, and as a result, inappropriate deformation and buckling of the bottle are prevented, enabling efficient manufacturing of the bottle with high quality. The bottle (3) is held from the outside by an empty-bottle chuck (41) of auxiliary device mounting means in such a way that the bottle (3) is held at its a mouth part (4) by the chuck along the upper surface of a flange part (10) of the bottle (3). Next, an empty-bottle support table (42) on which an assistance device (24) is placed is raised, the assistance device (24) is mounted on a bottom part (7) of the bottle (3), and the bottle (3) is placed on the empty-bottle support table (42).

  • Publication number: 20050118365
Abstract: The invention provides a plastic container with a coated inner surface having superior gas barrier properties. It further provides a plastic container with a coated inner surface capable of suppressing elution of minor components from the resin, in addition to having the superior gas barrier properties. The container has on its inner surface an amorphous carbon film formed by plasma CVD from a starting material containing carbon atoms and whose main component is carbon. In the carbon film, when the number of carbon atoms contained in the film is 100, the ratio of the number of nitrogen atoms is 15 or less, or the ratio of the number of oxygen atoms is 20 or less, or the ratio of the total number of nitrogen atoms and oxygen atoms is 27 or less.

  • Patent number: 5863624
Abstract: A can-covering polyester film which is bonded under heat to a metal surface of a can through a thermosetting resin adhesive to form a protective coat, wherein the adhesive layer is formed of a resin comprising an epoxy resin having a number average molecular weight of 5,000-20,000 and a trimellitic acid anhydride hardener at a weight ratio of 70/30 to 99/1.

  • Patent number: 5470429
Abstract: A surface-treating apparatus for can body blanks includes a cutter for cutting an original sheet into can body blank materials having a predetermined width and capable of being divided into plural can body blanks, a conveying path for conveying the can body blank materials, a material-feeding device for intermittently feeding the blank material to the conveying path, and a heater for heating the blank material. First and second film-feeding devices are provided for respectively feeding a printed biaxially-stretched polyester film and a plain polyester film to both sides of the blank material along its conveying direction. First and second press-bonding devices will respectively successively press-bond under heat both films to both sides of the blank material and coupling the blank materials into a continuous form while defining metal-exposed areas for welding parts at both side edges of both surfaces of the blank materials.

  • Patent number: 5409129
Abstract: A tinned steel sheet having a tin deposit obtained by evenly plating tin on the surface of a base steel sheet at a deposition rate of 0.5-1.7 g/m.sup.2 is used as a surface-treated steel sheet for forming a can body. A biaxially oriented polyester film having a thickness of 5-50 .mu.m is caused to adhere to the surface-treated steel sheet with a thermosetting resin adhesive at a temperature of 180.degree.-225.degree. C. as a protective coat. The tinned steel sheet has, on its both ends, two layers of a tin-iron alloy layer having a deposition rate of 0.35-1.60 g/m.sup.2 in terms of tin content and a tin layer having a tin deposition rate of 0.10-1.35 g/m.sup.2 at a stage after the adhesion of the polyester film but before welding. Said both ends of the surface-treated steel sheet are welded to each other, and another protective coat is applied to a portion of the inner surface, which is not covered with the first-mentioned protective coat, thereby forming a welded can.
