    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor device includes the following steps. A III-V compound semiconductor layer is formed on a first device region and a second device region of a substrate. A III-V compound barrier layer is formed on the III-V compound semiconductor layer. A lamination structure is formed on the III-V compound barrier layer. The lamination structure includes a p-type doped III-V compound layer and a first mask layer disposed thereon. A patterning process is performed to the lamination structure. A first portion of the lamination structure located above the first device region is patterned by the patterning process. A second portion of the lamination structure located above the second device region is removed by the patterning process. A thickness of the second portion of the lamination structure is greater than a thickness of the first portion of the lamination structure before the patterning process.

Sequences SNx0, SNx1, SNx, SNxr, SNy0, SNy1, SNy, and SNyr are formed. p*(Nbx+1)?2 stepping operations are performed in a third direction and first sequence exposure/stepping/exposure operations and second sequence exposure/stepping/exposure operations are performed alternately between any two adjacent stepping operations as well as before a first stepping operation and after a last stepping operation. A distance of each stepping operation in order follows the sequence SNx.

    Abstract: A method for switching audio reception in a video conference and a video conferencing system are provided. In a case of starting the video conference, relative positions of participants in a conference space and behavioral events of participants are obtained by identifying a video signal. Based on the behavioral event of each participant, whether each participant is in a non-speaking behavior is determined. When a participant is determined to be a non-speaker in the non-speaking behavior, an audio reception range of an audio reception device is adjusted to filter a voice of the non-speaker based on the relative position of the non-speaker in the conference space. When a participant is determined to be a speaker not in the non-speaking behavior, the audio reception range of the audio reception device is adjusted to receive a voice of the speaker based on the relative position of the speaker in the conference space.

    Abstract: In an anode and cathode synergistic electrocatalytic system for wastewater treatment and an application, an electrode having a “dual function” is used as a cathode. The cathode and an anode are sequentially arranged in a crisscrossed and parallel mode and fixed into an electrode group. The electrode group is paced in a reaction tank which has an aeration device at the bottom thereof, separately connecting the cathode and the anode of the electrode group to a power supply. Electrocatalytic degradation is performed on wastewater. In the electrocatalytic degradation process, a synergistic electrocatalytic degradation effect of the anode and the cathode is achieved by the mutual coordination of heterogeneous electro-fenton of the cathode and oxidation of the anode. The cathode ad anode synergistic electrocatalytic process has a good wastewater treatment effect, high current efficiency, low energy consumption, and low operation and maintenance costs.
