  • Publication number: 20100067362
Abstract: The present invention provides MIMO mesh networks which construct wireless networks with fast transmission rate and high reliability by applying MIMO technology to relay nodes. A MIMO mesh network having multiple relay nodes in which each relay node has multiple antennas and a wireless network is constructed by setting up wireless links between the relay nodes, the MIMO mesh network characterized in that the MIMO multiple access and the MIMO broadcast are alternately linked, the receiving-interference avoidance and the transmitting interference avoidance are performed, and at the same time the spectrum efficiency of the whole network is improved by multiplex transmitting a second wireless link as well as a first wireless link in each relay node.

  • Patent number: 5235269
Abstract: A waveform measuring device comprising an A/D converter for converting an input signal into a digital signal, a memory storing output data from the A/D converter, a first trigger condition detecting unit for detecting a present input signal meeting a first trigger condition, a second trigger condition detecting unit for detecting a past input signal of a desired time which is remote from the present time and meeting a second trigger condition, and a trigger signal generating unit for generating a trigger signal when the trigger conditions of the first and second trigger condition detecting units are satisfied. The waveform of the input signal corresponding to a desired interval is displayed in accordance with the trigger signal from the trigger signal generating unit. The input signal to the second trigger condition detecting unit is given without reading it out of the memory.

  • Patent number: 5209888
Abstract: A method for producing fiber-reinforced plastic screw-like fastening element including a thread portion and a head having a cross section which is larger than that of the thread portion. The method includes preparing a rod material including an elongated matrix formed of a plastic material and a plurality of elongated parallel fiber elements embedded within the matrix material along the length of the matrix, with the fiber elements having melting points substantially higher than the softening point of the matrix. Thereafter the prepared rod material of the screw is placed into a mold chamber having an internal surface of a semi-circular cross section with the internal surface having a small diameter portion and a large cross section portion communicating concentrically to the small diameter portion. The rod material is then heated to a temperature equal to or greater than the softening point of the matrix material.

  • Patent number: 4622448
Abstract: Slot-array antennas are connected by waveguides (14, 15, 16, 17) to microwave generators and are disposed within a vacuum drying tank of a drying apparatus. Blocking plates (23) are mounted in the waveguides so as to keep the waveguides airtight thereby maintaining an atmospheric pressure within the waveguide portions near the microwave generator during operation of the apparatus. The slot-array antennas (19, 20, 21, 22) have heat pipes (27) attached to the sides of said antennas so that a heat radiation may be effected simultaneously with the microwave heating.
