Abstract: A mobile terminal testing device includes: a pseudo base station unit that simulates a base station communicating with a mobile terminal; a scheduling information setting unit that sets scheduling information for specifying any one of a first carrier and a second carrier used for an uplink from the mobile terminal to the base station, for each slot of the uplink; a base station control unit that controls the pseudo base station unit based on the scheduling information; a first RF measurement unit that measures a first UL signal, which is transmitted from the mobile terminal to the pseudo base station unit using the first carrier, based on the scheduling information; and a second RF measurement unit that measures a second UL signal, which is transmitted from the mobile terminal to the pseudo base station unit using the second carrier, based on the scheduling information.

Abstract: A nucleic acid, which is provided in a large amount through a nucleic acid amplification reaction with the use of chimeric oligonucleotide primers, is constructed in a state of containing a modified deoxyribonucleotide for immobilizing the nucleic acid to a solid phase and then immobilized to a solid phase at a high efficiency, thereby giving an immobilized nucleic acid product with excellent qualities.

Abstract: A method for immobilizing a DNA upon preparation of a DNA microbead array, the method comprising forming a covalent bond between a DNA to be immobilized and an anti-tag DNA on a microbead using a DNA polymerase and a DNA ligase, wherein the DNA polymerase and the DNA ligase are reacted at the same time.
