  • Patent number: 11988210
Abstract: A dry dual-scroll vacuum pump includes a driving assembly and an upper cover located above the driving assembly, wherein the driving assembly includes an output shaft, and a movable disk is eccentrically arranged on the output shaft; two groups of first scroll teeth that are centrally symmetrical are arranged on a side of the movable disk that faces the upper cover; a fixed disk is arranged at a lower end of the upper cover, second scroll teeth that are in one-to-one correspondence with the first scroll teeth are arranged on the fixed disk, and the first scroll teeth are meshed with the second scroll teeth to form a compression cavity; and the upper cover is further provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, which correspond to the compression cavity.

  • Publication number: 20110120220
Abstract: A motion-sensing device for sensing tilt and acceleration when either tilt, horizontal acceleration, or tilt and horizontal acceleration acting concurrently, influence the device, including: a substrate having a vertical surface, a first accelerometer fixed to the vertical surface of the substrate; a pendulum flexibly coupled to the substrate proximate to the first accelerometer; and a second accelerometer fixed to the pendulum. The first and/or second accelerometers are preferably an accelerometer; a spring-mass system; and/or any tilt or accelerometer sensitive elements. The first accelerometer includes an accelerometer that measures tilt and linear acceleration in a first geometric plane, the pendulum is constrained to move in the first geometric plane, and the second accelerometer is operable to measure linear acceleration in the first geometric plane. The motion-sensing device or devices coupled to a machine, vehicle, and/or a control system. The pendulum is critically damped using a damping fluid.

  • Patent number: 6282804
Abstract: A arcuate resistive sensor element is imprinted upon a ceramic substrate forming a wall of a ceramic body in which an electrolyte, advantageously silver nitrate dissolved in a mixture of methanol, water and butanol, is sealed. To avoid the effects of electroplating, an AC exciting voltage is applied between the ends of the sensor element which is bridged by a discharge resistor whose resistance is much lower than the internal resistance of the sensor element so as to dissipate any polarization caused by asymmetry of the voltage supply. A signal output is taken from a midpoint of the sensor element which is always immersed in the electrolyte so that the effect of any leakage current is minimized. Linearity of output with change in the tilt angle achieved with an illustrative embodiment has been measured at better than 99.9% in tilt angle range of −50 to +50 degrees.
