    Abstract: The disclosure provides a high-efficiency heat exchanger for a temperature control system of a fuel cell and a processing device thereof. The processing device includes a frame body and a power box. A bottom of the frame body is fixed to the ground by screws, and the power box is arranged at a side of the frame body for intelligent control. A displacement screw is arranged on a top of the frame body, and a sliding block driven by electricity is arranged on a surface of the displacement screw. Two ends of the displacement screw are respectively provided with a limit switch for controlling a limit position of the sliding block. A drive motor is arranged on a surface of the sliding block, and a displacement sensor is arranged on one side surface of the sliding block.

The base platform is welded to a bottom of the cleaning box. A water outlet pipe is welded symmetrically through an inside of the base platform obliquely. A power box is provided at a middle of the inside of the base platform. A motor is screwedly provided inside the power box. A top end of a rotating shaft of the motor is penetratingly welded to a bottom end of a rotating plate, and a welding position between the rotating shaft and the rotating plate is sealed. An edge of an upper surface of the rotating plate is welded to a bottom end of a connecting column, and a top end of the connecting column is penetratingly welded to an upper plate.

    Abstract: An oil-free scroll air compressor, includes two fixed scrolls and a movable scroll with scroll wraps on both sides. The fixed scrolls each are provided on an end surface thereof with scroll wraps. The movable scroll with scroll wraps on both sides is provided on both end surfaces thereof with scroll wraps. The two fixed scrolls and the movable scroll with scroll wraps on both sides together form two gas compression channels located on two sides. The scroll warps on a same end surface are configured as a double-parallel-groove structure, which further divides the gas compression channel on the same side into two gas compression channels, thereby increasing displacement of the scroll air compressor. After a gas is introduced through a gas inlet on a circumferential surface of the fixed scroll, the gas is compressed in multiple compression channels and then discharged from a center of the scroll air compressor.

    Abstract: A fuel cell vehicle thermal management system with cold start function includes a fuel cell stack, electronic water pump, electronic thermostat, cold start heater and first solenoid valve, all connected to a thermal management controller, and air intake preheating heat exchangers. The coolant outlet of the fuel cell stack is connected with an inlet of the electronic water pump, and an outlet of the electronic water pump is connected with the inlets of the electronic thermostat and the first solenoid valve. The first outlet of the electronic thermostat is connected with the inlet of the heater. The outlet of the heater is connected with the inlet of the fuel cell stack. The outlet of the first solenoid valve is connected with the inlet of the intake preheating heat exchanger. The outlet of the intake preheating heat exchanger is connected with the inlet of the heater.
