Abstract: A strip-shaped wire storing and transferring device is provided. The device includes a driving mechanism covered by a case, a wire cutting mechanism, and a bobbin winder. Wherein, the case includes an upper case and a lower case. The upper case and the lower case are matched and capable of buckling together. The case includes a rectangle portion, a bulge portion, a position portion, a position pole, and an incoming line groove and an outgoing line groove connected by a recess groove. The driving mechanism includes a pressure pole, a main gear strung by a main axle and resisted by a second elastic element, a rotating wheel engaging with the main gear, and a rolling wheel clamped by the rotating wheel and a anti-reverse-rotation device. The wire cutting mechanism includes a cutter shelf and a cutter. The bobbin winder includes a center hole and a bobbin slot.
