    Abstract: The disclosure provides a battery case structure. The battery case structure includes a battery provided below a floor panel of a vehicle, a lower case covering the battery from below, and an upper case including a horizontal plate portion arranged between the floor panel and the battery and covering the battery from above. The thickness of the outer peripheral portion of the horizontal plate portion in the upper case along the vertical direction is thicker than the thickness of the inner peripheral portion of the horizontal plate portion along the vertical direction. The upper case is formed in a plate shape by a metal material, and a plate-shaped reinforcing member is attached to the outer peripheral portion.

The stiffener is composed of an outer stiffener bulging outward in the vehicle width direction, and an inner stiffener bulging inward in the vehicle width direction. In the side sill structure, a first side surface of the stiffener, formed on the inner stiffener, is shifted to a relatively upper side than a second side surface of the stiffener, formed on the outer stiffener, and the battery pack is supported on a lower surface of the side sill.

    Abstract: In a vehicle body framework structure, a closed cross-section frame portion is formed by welding a first outer panel and a second outer panel, and an inner panel is arranged in a closed cross section of the closed cross-section frame portion. An upper joint piece of the inner panel is joined to a first wall portion of the first outer panel by spot welding, and a foaming adhesive material is temporarily fixed to a second wall portion of the second outer panel. When the foaming adhesive material is foamed, a foaming adhesive portion of the foamed foaming adhesive material adheres a lower joint piece of the inner panel and the second wall portion of the second outer panel.
