  • Patent number: 10082482
Abstract: A sensor element of an A/F sensor AS has a solid electrolyte layer, a first electrode arranged on one side of the solid electrolyte layer so as to be exposed to the exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine, and a second electrode arranged on the other side of the solid electrolyte layer so as to face an atmospheric air chamber. The sensor element generates a sensor output according to the oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas. A microcomputer supplies oxygen to the first electrode side from the second electrode side via the solid electrolyte layer by applying a predetermined voltage between the pair of electrodes of the sensor element. Moreover, the microcomputer determines a crack abnormality of the solid electrolyte layer based on electric current between the pair of electrodes which is generated with start of the oxygen supply.

  • Publication number: 20090205610
Abstract: A throttle valve control device for controlling an intake flow to an engine making it hard for a driver to hear return spring check sound and capable of detecting the failure of a return spring earlier by checking the return spring while the engine is operating and a throttle valve control method. To reduce the wear of the gears of the throttle valve control device, when a target throttle opening is controllably fully opened while the engine is operating, the control of a throttle valve is stopped. After the control of the throttle valve is stopped, it is checked whether or not a throttle sensor output value is equal to a throttle sensor output value at a throttle machine full open position.

  • Patent number: 6529181
Abstract: A liquid crystal display apparatus including a display control unit which includes a reordering unit which reorders originally ordered display data inputted thereto, and sends the reordered display data to M ones of a plurality of drivers through a bus line to which the M drivers are connected, where M is a positive integer, the M drivers connected to the bus line being divided into N driver groups, where N is a positive integer smaller than M, and a clock generating unit which generates N clock signals having a same frequency as and different phases from each other, and sends the N clock signals to the N driver groups respectively such that each one of the N clock signals is sent to a respective one of the N driver groups.

  • Patent number: 6229513
Abstract: A liquid crystal display apparatus comprises a liquid crystal display panel having a plurality of pixels formed in a matrix configuration, M driving means for applying a plurality of pixels arranged in a column direction with video voltage based on display data, where M is a positive integer, and display control means for sending inputted display data to the M driving means, and for generating control signals including at least clock signals based on input display control signals inputted thereto and sending the control signals to the M driving means to control and drive the M driving means, wherein the display control means reorders originally ordered display data inputted thereto and sends the recorded display data to the M driving means, and generates N clock signals having the same frequency as and different phases from each other, where N is a positive integer smaller than M, and sends the N clock signals to N driving means groups, respectively.
