The method includes: receiving, by a base station, a sounding reference signal (SRS) sent by a user equipment (UE); determining an interference intensity of a PRB; determining a scheduling priority of the PRB according to the channel quality of the SRS and the interference intensity of the PRB; and conducting uplink frequency selection scheduling according to the scheduling priority. The embodiments of the present invention can improve the uplink performance of a TD-LTE system.
