    Abstract: The invention provides an AC/DC conversion device for intelligent green-power operation and maintenance in power transmission and transformation projects, including a cabinet, an assembling panel, an inverter, a driving mechanism and a controller. A door is mounted at the front portion of the cabinet in a fixed and sealed manner, and the assembling panel is fixedly mounted on the back wall of the cabinet inside the cabinet. The assembling panel, the inverter, the driving mechanism and the controller are all provided inside the cabinet, which provides desirable dust-proof effects, preventing the case where the inverter, the driving mechanism and the controller are interfered by the dust, so that this device is suitable for outdoor usage. The driving mechanism and the controller work in coordination, so that the inverter can be switched off in time when it burns out and smokes, thereby substantially reducing the risk of fire hazards.

The process includes preparing lithium iodate by means of an electrolysis method, and then reacting the prepared lithium iodate with an iodide to prepare the iodate. In the process, a mother liquor is recycled, no effluent waste is produced, a product yield is high, and the generation of a large amount of waste salt is avoided. The process is green and environmentally friendly. During the synthesis process of preparing lithium iodate by means of an electrolysis method, using a clean electrolysis process does not require the addition of an oxidant and other additional original auxiliary materials as required by a chemical method, the original auxiliary materials are simple, and a produced iodate product has a high quality.

    Abstract: The invention relates to the field of new battery materials, in particular, to a method for preparing anhydrous lithium iodide. The method includes: preparing a crude lithium iodide product by reacting industrial grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate with hydroiodic acid; dissolving the crude lithium iodide in solvent/ethanol and removing impurities by membrane filtration to obtain a refined lithium iodide ethanol/water solution; processing the solution by drying and recycling ethanol under the protection of inert or reducing gas; separating the solid under inert or reducing gas and vacuum drying to obtain high-purity anhydrous lithium iodide. The lithium hydroxide or lithium carbonate used in the present invention is of ordinary industrial grade. Because the solvent/ethanol is recycled after drying, the amount of the solvent used is greatly reduced. The problem that the moisture inside the product cannot be removed after being directly evaporated to dryness is avoided.
