Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising: (a) at least one linear olefin sulfonate; (b) at least one glycerin fatty acid ester; and (c) at least one amphoteric surfactant. The composition according to the present invention can have no irritation or reduced irritation, and superior foam quality, and may be stable, in particular stable over time and/or under elevated temperature. The composition according to the present invention may preferably be a cosmetic composition, and more preferably a cleansing composition, such as a shampoo.
