  • Patent number: 11880387
Abstract: A computer identifies, within a hierarchical database, data elements associated with a selected function associated with the database, comprising. The computer identifies at least one function associated with a hierarchical database containing data elements. The computer, in response to identifying the function, identifies within a list of indica, at least one reference indicia corresponding to the at least one function. The computer identifies within a monolithic application relevant code elements associated with the reference indicia. The computer generates an activity log associated with execution of the relevant code elements. The computer identifies, within the activity log, a group of data elements associated with the execution of the relevant code elements. The computer generates a group data element clusters using a Machine Learning algorithm. The computer identifies at least one of the group of data element clusters as relevant to the at least one function.

  • Publication number: 20230015802
Abstract: Methods, computer program products, and/or systems are provided that perform the following operations: identifying an application marker for a source application; mapping the application marker to a set of micro-patterns provided in a micro-pattern repository, wherein a micro-pattern defines a set of actions to be performed to modernize a source application component for a target platform; generating a set of potential modernization pathways for the source application, wherein a potential modernization pathway is based, at least in part, on an aggregation of one or more micro-patterns included in the set of micro-patterns mapped to the application marker; determining a recommended modernization pathway from the set of potential modernization pathways based, at least in part, on micro-pattern optimization; and providing the recommended modernization pathway for source application modernization execution, wherein the source application modernization execution includes executing each micro-pattern included in th

  • Patent number: 11297500
Abstract: A digital media authentication system comprises a media processing application executed by a mobile electronic device that computes a robust image hash for media data acquired by the mobile electronic device; a location attestation system that validates a location context of the media data, the location context determined in response to an object scene in a field of view of the mobile electronic device captured for conversion to the media data; and a blockchain network that maintains a ledger entry that includes the robust image hash, an immutable timestamp, and a location certificate validating the location context of the media data.

  • Patent number: 10929859
Abstract: A method for determining an economic impact of a candidate event includes receiving an event type identifier representing an event type of a candidate event to occur, and building a reference data store including historical transaction data records of payment transactions occurring in reference geographic areas associated with a reference event having the event type identifier. The method also includes generating a reference model from the historical transaction data records the models a reference number of active accounts and active merchants within a reference geographic area during a period of time associated with the reference event occurring in the geographic area. The method further includes determining a predicted number of active accounts and active merchants within the target geographic area using the reference model, and determining a predicted consumer spend using a predicted spend model. The method also includes generating an economic impact report including the consumer spend.

  • Publication number: 20200058055
Abstract: A distributed ledger application for the world of citizen philanthropy and social entrepreneurship, with stakeholder incentives designed to increase social good through accountability, transparency, and flexibility. In this system, called Directed Cash, individual donors specify conditions (the “Directed” part) attached to their donation or investment (“Cash”), that are then efficiently paired with interested recipients or aggregators of recipients (charities, social entrepreneurs) using distributed consensus so that the intent and pairing are open while maintaining donor anonymity. Furthermore, Directed Cash flows both ways to promote accountability and transparency: after receipt, a validation flows backwards to return to the donor so that the donor receives a report of how their donation was spent.

  • Publication number: 20180101858
Abstract: A method for providing reward points to a cross border consumer is described. The method includes determining a primary transaction area of a consumer, identifying the consumer as a cross border consumer based on the transactions conducted outside the primary transaction area (“foreign transaction”), and identifying a foreign merchant associated with the foreign transactions.
