Abstract: A method for personalizing interaction with multimedia content and services presented on a television controlled by at least one peripheral device on the basis of a plurality of profiles, the profiles defining at least one interaction personalization, comprising: a step of forming a database containing a default profile corresponding to a user community, and optionally at least one individual profile corresponding to a user who is a member of the community; and steps of filtering access to the multimedia content and services and of personalizing the interaction with the multimedia content and services on the basis of the selected user profile, and, if connected with the default profile, on the basis of the restrictions corresponding to the combination of restrictions of the profiles of the members of the community.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for controlling the display of a multimedia data television set combining one or more graphic or video contents as well as areas of contextual information concerning the state of the television set and the available functionalities thereof. The method comprises a step of installing, on the television set, a secure software application comprising means dedicated to executing an operation for personalizing the infographic context as well as for opening dynamic connectors toward functionalities, depending, at least, on one identifier from an external means.

Abstract: Television system comprising a television associated with a decoder and at least one remote peripheral comprising a viewing screen, and control means as well as means of digital dialogue between the peripheral and the television or the decoder, the peripheral comprising means of remote control of at least one function of the television or of the decoder and means of viewing of at least one content originating from the television characterized in that the functions associated with the means of control of the peripheral are of contextual type and are determined by information originating from the television or from the decoder.
