  • Patent number: 6058828
Abstract: A continuous cooking system for solid daily dishes comprising a cooker wherein the solid dishes are advanced spirally in a first-in-first-out manner, and during the process the dishes are heated by an external heating medium; a driving mechanism for generating actuating force for actuating the spiral advance in the cooker; and a sensing control mechanism for sensing the temperature in the cooker and for controlling the volume of the external heating medium to be dispensed and the actuating force of the driving mechanism according to said temperature. By means of this, the solid dishes can be fed continuously into the cooker and cooked dishes can be delivered continuously out the cooker.

  • Patent number: 5959733
Abstract: This invention relates to a non-contact continuous photoelectric inspecting device for paint coating contamination on welding seams of steel can sheet. The device uses a continuous light beam with adjustable, controllable projected light quantity as a light source, where a light beam is projected on welding seams of a steel can sheet to be inspected through a set of focusing lens that may adjust size of the light beam. Another set of light collecting lens for collecting light beam being reflected by the welding seams of the steel can sheet is provided at where the reflected light projects, wherein the reflected light beam is condensed onto a photo sensor. A set of a specially designed photoelectric converting identifying circuit controls operation of the entire inspecting device, where a set of photoelectric current amplifier converts and amplifies photoelectric currents being output by the photo sensor to voltage signals.

  • Patent number: 5772081
Abstract: A low leakage rotary valve composes of a housing, a rotor, a driving end valve cover and a washing end valve cover. The driving end valve cover and the washing end valve cover are to secure the rotor in the housing. The driving end valve cover houses a detachable driving shaft which can transmit an external driving force to the rotor for rotation. The washing end valve cover allows the rotor to be removed for cleaning. Inside the driving end valve cover and washing end valve cover, there are provided respectively a sealing ring to prevent the material contained in the valve from contamination or to avoid pressure leakage. The edge of the blades of the rotor is extended to reduce gas leakage. A three-dimensional sealing is integrally provided on the outer edges of the rotor blades and the circumferential edges of the driving end valve cover and the washing end valve cover to further prevent gas leakage that may occur.
