In the optical compensation method, the first voltage level of the second power source corresponding to a first luminance level is set while measuring the luminance of the display device, the second voltage level of the second power source corresponding to a second luminance level is set while measuring the luminance of the display device, the third voltage levels of the second power source for representative luminance levels including the first and second luminance levels are set based on the first and second voltage levels, and the fourth voltage levels of the second power source for the representative luminance levels according to temperature conditions are set based on the third voltage levels and temperature offsets according to the temperature conditions, under which the display device is driven.
