    Abstract: In some embodiments, a method determines an instance of content to be delivered to a client device. The content includes segments that are associated with a plurality of profiles. A target metric and a bandwidth distribution are determined. The method determines a plurality of top profile decisions for the plurality of segments where a top profile decision lists a top profile that can be selected for respective segments in the plurality of segments. A performance of the target metric is determined for the plurality of top profile decisions based on the bandwidth distribution. The method selects a top profile decision from the top profile decisions based on the performance of the target metric for the top profile decisions. The top profile decision is used to determine a target quality. The target quality is used to select top profiles for requesting segments in the segments during playback of the content.

    Abstract: A preparation method of a dual-anion catalyst, and a use of the dual-anion catalyst in catalytic degradation of a polyurethane material are provided. The preparation method includes: dissolving a metal salt in deionized water to produce a metal salt solution; adding a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound with hydroxyl or amino as a substrate to a reactor, adding the metal salt solution dropwise to the reactor, and conducting condensation reflux at 60° C. to 150° C. for 1 h to 8 h; adding an amine compound dropwise, and conducting a reaction; after the reaction is completed, conducting vacuum filtration to produce a filtrate; and subjecting the filtrate to evaporation, and oven-drying a resulting product to produce the dual-anion catalyst. A recovered polyol obtained through the degradation with the catalyst exhibits basically the same fundamental physical properties such as hydroxyl value, amine value, and viscosity to a virgin polyol.

Feature values are determined for a combination of features for a playback session. The method evaluates the data structure using the combination of features to determine a plurality of prediction values for a plurality of feature values of the decision feature.     Abstract: An embossing method for floor tiles makes thermoplastic polymer material in a floor tile to be embossed be converted into a viscous flow state by an ultrasonic embossing device, and embosses a floor tile modeling and a floor tile pattern on the floor tile to be embossed at the same time, such that the floor tile modeling and the floor tile pattern are not prone to rebound after being formed by embossing, stability of embossing of the edge of the floor tile is greatly improved, and yield rate of the floor tile increases. Additionally, the ultrasonic embossing device in the present application can further configure an ultrasonic welding head as a first welding head or a second welding head according to the floor tile modeling and the floor tile pattern, thereby meeting many types of different requirements for embossing patterns and reducing development cost of production lines.
