The number of modules includes a receiving module to receive an account name inputted by a user, and a password generating module to generate a unique, unchangeable password corresponding to the account name. The computer server system further includes a storage unit to store the account name and the password.

Abstract: A portable communication device includes a processor, a communication unit to communicate with a server, and a locating unit to determine a location of the communication device. The processor is operable to: determine whether one application belongs to a restricted category when a input unit receives a user input to start the application; obtain a list associated with the location from the storage unit, if the application belongs to a restricted category; and start the application if a name of the application is included in the list, or otherwise ignore the user input.

Abstract: An account management method is provided. The account management method includes steps: storing accounts and a user password for each account; receiving account information, and determining whether the account information matches one of the account information of the accounts; receiving a password; validating whether the user has an authority to set a delegating password and delegating authority for the account, and setting the delegating password and the delegating authority for the matched account when the user has the authority, wherein the delegating authority defines at least one authorized operation; comparing the received password with the user password and/or the delegating password to determine the received password is the user password or the delegating password; and implementing an operation when the received password is the user password or an authorized operation when the received password is the delegating password.

Abstract: An electronic device includes an operating system to determine hardware modules being used when an application of the electronic device is run. The electronic device stores a table recording hardware modules used by the running of each application obtained from a creditable service provider. The electronic device obtains the hardware modules being used by the operating system when an application is running, determines whether all the hardware modules being used are the hardware modules corresponding to the running application in the table if the running application is recorded in the table, and determines that the running application is a malicious application if not all of the hardware modules being used are the hardware modules corresponding to the running application in the table. The electronic device executes a safeguard operation to protect the electronic device when the running application is a malicious application. A related method is also provided.

Abstract: A system includes a base station, a number of electronic devices, and a server. The base station radiates wireless signal including a base station identifier for identifying the base station and an authorization code for setting authorization level for a function of the electronic device. The electronic device detects the wireless signal, determines the existence of a predetermined base station according to the base station identifier, analyzes the authorization code to determine the function and authorization represented by the authorization code, disables the determined function, receives user information in response to an authorization input, transmits the received user information to the server to retrieve the pre-set authorization level of the user of the electronic device, and enables the function in response to the authorization represented by the authorization code being equal or lower than the retrieved pre-set authorization level.

The latch member is used to latch the cover member to the housing member.
