Abstract: Provided are a pharmaceutical composition of (S)-ketorolac and a preparation method therefor, which belong to the technical field of pharmaceutical preparations. The pharmaceutical composition includes (S)-ketorolac or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a stabilizer, a pH-adjusting agent, and an excipient, and the dosage form of the pharmaceutical composition is preferably lyophilized powder injection. The lyophilized powder injection prepared herein has optical purity of an active ingredient greater than or equal to 95% after being stored under long-term stability test conditions for 6 months and optical purity of an active ingredient greater than or equal to 90% after being stored under accelerated stability test conditions for 6 months. The lyophilized powder injection has important use in the preparation of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs with analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic effects.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and computer readable media for predicting surplus capacity on a set of server nodes and determining a quantity of deferrable virtual machines (VMs) that may be scheduled over an upcoming period of time. This determination of VM quantity may be determined while minimizing risks associated with allocation failures on the set of server nodes. This disclosure described systems that facilitate features and functionality related to improving utilization of surplus resource capacity on a plurality of server nodes by implementing VMs having some flexibility in timing of deployment while also avoiding significant risk caused as a result of over-allocated storage and computing resources. In one or more embodiments, the quantity of deferrable VMs is determined and scheduled in accordance with rules of a scheduling policy.

The method for scheduling a plurality of portlets according to the present invention comprising: obtaining invocation time of the plurality of portlets; obtaining weights of the plurality of portlets; assembling the plurality of portlets into a plurality of threads according to the invocation time and the weights, wherein the assembled plurality of threads has similar thread invocation time. With the method and system for scheduling a plurality of portlets according to illustrative embodiments, the plurality of portlets are assembled into a plurality of threads having similar thread invocation time according to invocation time and importance of each portlet, and the above problems are better solved, thus loading time of the portlets can be significantly reduced, loading efficiency of the portlets can be improved, thereby better improving user experience.
