Abstract: A foldable satellite dish is provided. The foldable satellite dish has a dish reflector assembly a support housing, and a driving mechanism. The dish reflector assembly comprises four quarter circle shape dish sectors that can be folded and deployed by the driving mechanism. The foldable satellite dish can deploy and fold automatically and smoothly. All the quarter circle shape dish sectors will be secured by the driving mechanism. Compared to traditional satellite dish, the present invention is more flexible and easier to use.

Abstract: A retractable roof construction can be manufactured in a factory and quickly deployed when assembling the house. The retractable roof can be made in parts and assembled into its compact formation whilst in the factory. This compact formation reduces space occupied in shipment, reducing the overall cost. When the compact formation roof is on a construction site, the roof can expand on both sides and be raised in the middle to provide an angle to protect against the rain. The expending process can be automated for reducing labor used in the construction. When compared to traditional roof construction, the retractable roof construction allows fast installation as well as reduced cost, both in shipping and labor.

Abstract: The present invention provides a power cable system prefabricated in a building structure, the building structure contains at least one floor, and each floor has at least one starting column, a plurality of main beams and a plurality of auxiliary beams, the main beams are connected with the starting column, and the auxiliary beams are respectively connected with the main beams and the starting column; wherein main wires, first secondary wires, second secondary wires, and third secondary wires are correspondingly prefabricated on the starting column, the main beams, and the auxiliary beams respectively. Through those structure, the workers can quickly construct a power cable system while construct the beam-column system, which can significantly improve the construction efficiency.

Abstract: An expandable kitchen includes an expandable kitchen cabinet and a movable kitchen table. In the compacted state, an outer kitchen cabinet may be disposed adjacent other cabinets, while the kitchen table may be disposed over other cabinets and/or the kitchen sink. In the expanded state, the outer kitchen cabinet may be moved away from the other kitchen cabinets and the table may be expanded both radially and longitudinally to provide a table surface. A shelving unit may be movable to provide an extension to the table top. During movement of the shelving unit, the shelves May remain horizontal so that the shelf can be easily converted into a table top without the need for moving items on the shelves.

Abstract: A sealing arrangement can be used to provide a seal between two adjacent structural elements, such as between two walls. The sealing arrangement may be particularly useful for expandable structures, such as expandable mobile homes, recreational vehicles, or the like. The sealing arrangement can include a first wall member that can provide a retractable seal that may extend outward from a face of the wall, toward a second wall member. The second wall member can include a door-covered opening along its end face that can receive the retractable seal from the first wall member. The second wall member may include upper and lower lids that automatically extend outward when the retractable seal is inserted into the opening. Air vents may be provided in the walls to provide air exchange.

Abstract: A mobile expandable structure can expand both outward, from at least one side thereof, and rearward, from a back side thereof. When expanded, the mobile expandable structure can provide an expansion of about 2.5 to about 3 times the original living space provided by the main structure. The structure may be on an electric chassis and the structure can include a solar array that is disposed, in the stowed configuration, over the main structure. The solar array is expandable to cover some or all of the expansion sections when in the expanded configuration. The expansion sections can include pivotable floor members that pivot downward upon expansion of each 10 expansion section. Side walls of the side expansion may be unfolded to provide sides of the side expansion section.

Abstract: An expandable home structure includes a main structure and a first expansion section that is expandable outward in a first direction from a first side of the main structure. Once the expansion section is expanded, coverage members can unfold from a bottom of the floor member and the floor member can be lowered within the unfolded coverage members, thus providing a sunken floor for the expanded section. The floor member may fold vertically against the main section in the folded configuration. After the front and rear walls are unfolded from the main section, the outer wall of the expansion section can be moved outward from the main section to cause the floor member to lower into its horizontal, expanded, and raised position. The coverage members can be unfolded from the bottom of the floor member and the floor member can be lowered.

Abstract: An expandable home structure can expand outward from at least one side thereof to expand the living space once the home is delivered to a desired location. The expansion process includes raising two roof panels from a side edge of its main structure, where the roof panels follow a track so that an outer one of the two roof panels can, once fully raised, slide outward along front and rear walls of the expansion section so that the roof panels form a box gable roof structure over the expansion section.

The foundation blades are designed to have the warped portion protruding outward, so that they can expand outward by rotating the root-like expandable foundation pile in a direction different from that makes the root-like expandable foundation pile drilled into the soil. Extra bearing capacity can be available from the expanded foundation blades. Time and cost of installation can both be saved.

The four chairs can store under the table such that, when the legs of the table are folded to be adjacent a back side of the table, the folded legs act as a stopper to prevent the chairs from sliding out when moving the table. A leg turning mechanism allows the user to turn two adjacent legs 180 degrees to permit the legs to be disposed adjacent each other when folded and, when unfolded, to present a uniform appearance for each of the legs. The foldable chairs can include a foldable backrest and can have support beams between each pair of legs. The chairs can be folded in a flattened state to be disposed in a slot adjacent the underside of the top of the table.

The apparatus can transform windows into completely opaque walls, for example, to achieve partial or complete light blockage by moving several wall panels hidden inside the sill up and down to specified positions. A set of push plates inside the sill can be used to displace the wall panels horizontally and a set of lifting plates on the window frame can be used to move the wall panels up and down along a track. At the same time, after selecting the specified position, the corresponding position can have a stick to push the wall panel into the specified position and tighten and fix the wall panel in the desired position.

Abstract: A two-level expandable house structure can be used on an innovative recreational vehicle or new kind of movable house. The two-level structure will offer more space to people. For the same footprint area, a two-floor house will have more square footage of living space. The second level can be formed over a main section, which defines the footprint of the expandable house in the collapsed state, and also over one of the first story expansion sections that extend from one or both sides of the main section. Thus, the expandable house may expand to provide about four times the living space as compared to the main structure. A balcony may be provided over the second first story expansion sections, accessible from the second story.

Abstract: The present invention provides a modular building structure, comprising: a plurality of floor slab frames, a plurality of first wall panels, a plurality of second wall panels, a plurality of floor module boards, and a plurality of ceiling module boards. The two adjacent floor slab frames are connected through a plurality of clips, so as to fix the floor slab frames together. Through those structure, the workers can quickly build multiple floors with strength not much different from normal floors, while all the modular components ensure that they can be prefabricated in advance in the factory, which can also significantly improve the transportation efficiency.
