Abstract: In one or more embodiments, one or more systems, one or more methods, and/or one or more processes may: prohibit data communications, via a serial communication port of an information handling system, with an operating system executing on the information handling system; determine that a serial communication cable has been connected to the serial communication port; receive, via the serial communication port, first biometric data associated with a user from an integrated circuit of the serial communication cable; retrieve encrypted information associated with the user from a nonvolatile memory medium; decrypt the encrypted information associated with the user to determine second biometric data; determine that the first biometric data matches the second biometric data; and in response to determining that the first biometric data matches the second biometric data, permit the data communications via the serial communication port.

Abstract: Non-limiting examples of the present disclosure describe systems, methods, and devices for identifying events comprising one or more issues and for generating, surfacing, and interacting with event triage notifications in a zero-query environment. An input to access a application interface may be received. An event comprising one or more unresolved issues may be identified. A notification may be surfaced on the application interface. The notification may be selectable to resolve the event's one or more unresolved issue. The application interface may be associated with an event organizer and/or an event invitee and may be accesses via a mobile device.

Abstract: Disclosed techniques enable participants of a communication session that is rendered within a mixed reality environment to change their view or perspective in the mixed reality environment. The participants may alter their view or perspective in the mixed reality environment using a data processing device displaying the communication session. The participant may interact with a data processing device displaying the communication session to cause the change in their view or perspective in the mixed reality environment. The participant interaction may include user touch and/or gestures with an associated data processing device to cause the change in the participant's view or perspective in the mixed reality environment. The participant may use a plurality of fingers on a display of the data processing device to zoom, pan or rotate their view or perspective in the mixed reality environment.

Abstract: Techniques for providing email reactions via embedded tokens are disclosed. One example technique includes outputting an original email with an emoji interface that allows selection of emojis at a first computing device. Then, upon detecting selection of one of the emojis, the first computing device can automatically generate a reply email without manual composition. The reply email has data of an email reaction token and the selected one of the multiple emojis. Upon receiving the reply email, a second computing device can determine whether the reply email includes any email reaction token. In response to determining that the received reply email includes the email reaction token, the second computing device can render and surface the one of the multiple emojis on the original email without appending the reply email to an email thread corresponding to the original email.
