    Abstract: An attachable tension reducing seat belt device to reduce web tension on the neck, shoulder and chest of motor vehicle occupants or other restraint system webs to slightly reduce tension created by a refraction device preventing a minimal portion of web from being pulled through a web guide by a retractor. Additionally, the device is designed to be either temporarily mounted through easy clip on and removal function which allows the seat belt to be refracted after each use, as is typical, or semi-permanently mounted with the use of a seat belt tongue hooking system which allows the seat belt to remain un-retracted after each use.
