Abstract: A method and system of an electronic tour guide system having intelligent software that employs the Internet to engage a proprietary database that provides tourists and business travelers with access to useful tourist information related to historic landmarks, hotels, restaurants, tourist attractions, entertainment and sports venues, special events, cultural norms and other information related to foreign city they plan to visit. Moreover, the system features a language learning system to further enhance a user's experience in a foreign locale by offering survival level indoctrination and native level immersion of foreign language.
